Dale T. Adams is Broker-Owner/Real Estate Appraiser of Adams Real Estate & Appraisal. He has over 39 years experience in the real estate industry, 26 years as a real estate appraiser and 35 years managing rental properties. Dale is also a 14 year member of a local real estate investment club, serving on their Board of Directors for more than 10 years. Dale graduated from Indiana University Kelly School of Business (a top 10 business school) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
